Refunds: Online Classes
If you registered for a online classes but could not attend the live event, no problem: a video replay will be available for not less than a 7 days after the online class, accessible only to those registered to attend the actual online class. After 7 days, the video could be removed. No refunds will be given.
For all online classes with this 7 day replay availability, no refunds will be given once the online class has started.
If you registered but have discovered you will not be able to attend the live event, nor will you be able to take advantage of the replay option, you can ask for a full refund up until 8 hours before the live online class starts. Please send an email to email@example.com.
Any refund requests sent by email 8 hours before the live online class starts will be fully refunded (you will not be granted access to the video replay since, in this case, you will no longer be registered).
If you are unable to visit the online class due to technical issues, please contact Lilium Studio for assistance.
Cancellation Policy: Online Classes
If a online class must be cancelled by either the presenter or the Lilium Studio team, all registrants will be notified by email and will all receive refunds or be offered to credit their payment to another online class.
Return Policy: Physical products
We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can. All Training DVDs carry a 1 year “play-ability” warranty. All brushes, paint & DVD sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered.
Since DVDs and/or videos can be copied, there are no refunds on DVD’s and/or videos. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
If you need to exchange a DVD, please call +38(067)566-66-61 or send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization (RA) prior to exchanging a product. When obtaining a RA, we need the following information: Your name, e-mail address, telephone number along with the area code and the DVD production you are in need of exchanging, as well as the original method you used to order / pay for your DVD (i.e. our website, at a show, in studio, etc.).
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, after you receive your DVDs. There is no exception to this policy.
